Esther and her mom came to me from Coopersburg, PA for their newborn photography session. Her mom was referred to me to a mutual friend and I could tell from our early emails just how loved she was already. This precious little girl was so good for her first photo shoot and even gave me lots of adorable baby smiles and expressions.

Styling the session

Mom chose mostly pink and purple for her photography session colors. I started Esther off in a cozy lavender colored swaddle to help her fall asleep quickly. It never fails! Her mom brought along a thin blue line hat for Esther to wear to show support for her daddy in law enforcement. I added a perfectly matched blue wrap and felted pink heart to complete the pose. After the swaddled pictures we moved onto a few props. Since this little girl was named after Queen Esther from The Bible, we decided a little crown would be perfect for her. I also chose to use some beautiful summery pink and purple flowers to tie everything together.

Baby expressions

We continued our session by moving onto some beanbag poses. I love using these poses to capture adorable baby rolls and personality.  Her big smile, newborn yawn, and beautiful eyes are just perfect and her mom is excited to see if her eyes will stay this color or change to be like any of her siblings. We finished off our newborn photo shoot with my favorite mother and baby pose.  Because Esther has four big brothers and a big sister I know she will always treasure these pictures of just her and mom.
