It is so hard to believe another year has come and gone. This past year was full of exciting changes and growth and I’m excited to see all of the new things 2019 will bring my way. I’ve made my list of goals to accomplish and sharing more beautiful newborn and baby pictures is at the very top! I’m going to kick this off with a quick recap of 2018.

Looking Back

One of my favorite things to do at the end of a year is to compile a collage from all of the amazing sessions I had from the previous year. It brings me such joy to look back over the past year and see all the incredible memories captured.

Newborns

In 2018 I had the honor of photographing 40 tiny, sweet, and precious newborn babies. It was so fun to learn new poses and add to my ever growing prop collection! As you can see below I have lots of adorable things to choose from here at my Quakertown newborn photography studio. I feel like I truly embraced photographing awake babies last year too. It was really incredible to capture so many expressions and personalities!

Milestones and Cake Smashes

I also throughly enjoyed the opportunity I had to capture 29 milestone sessions for little ones from 5 months to 4 years old. These sessions are such a wonderful way to celebrate your growing baby or child. One of my favorite milestones to photograph is the first birthday cake smash. I was thrilled to find an amazing baker to work with last year to provide cakes to my clients. Kristi from https://www.snackyfrench.com was amazing to work with and absolutely nailed every idea I gave her. I highly recommend her for any cake needs! I was able to stretch my creativity to create so many fun themed sets. From dinosaurs and monsters to hot air balloons and unicorns, every session was packed full of laughter and personality. I’m so excited for some amazing birthday photography session themes already in the works for 2019.

Outdoor Families

I generally spend a most of my time photographing babies at my studio in Quakertown, but I also enjoy heading outdoors every once in awhile. It was nice to do something a bit different and photograph 14 family sessions. Last year I stumbled upon two new locations that absolutely stole my heart. I’m looking forward to revisiting them again this year!

Christmas & Holiday

I closed out the year with my limited edition holiday sessions. The rustic farmhouse set was a big hit and it was wonderful to see so many of my clients again. It is incredible to see how quickly these little ones grow!

It truly is an honor to be chosen to photograph all of these special memories. I am so thankful for all of my 2018 clients and I look forward to all the new little ones I get to meet in 2019!
