Carolyn was wonderful. She did a full consultation prior to our newborn/family shoot so I knew how to prepare and provided beautiful outfits for my daughters to wear (had a big selection to choose from). The photos were so beautiful and she was very experienced with handling my newborn to keep her content for the photos. I cannot recommend Carolyn and her work enough. Carolyn captured both maternity and newborn photos for me, and they were all beautifully done. Carolyn is extremely personable and warm, and the time just flew by in our sessions. She was so patient with me when I needed multiple breaks while I was over eight months pregnant and again with my newborn who needed a diaper change right as Carolyn carefully tucked my baby into the last wrap before taking photos. Carolyn has so many options to choose from for maternity sessions and even more for newborn sessions, and she has a knack for taking your smallest idea and turning it into something even more. Carolyn never made us feel rushed during the photo sessions themselves or during the picture review when we had trouble narrowing which photos we wanted. Carolyn was incredibly sweet and accommodating of my special request. I wanted a custom “Emily in Paris” themed shoot for my newborn and I was sweetly surprised when she actually got the backdrop, props, outfit, headband and an amazing vintage car ready within days. Her attention to detail and listening to every idea I communicated is commendable. She got all the different sets ready ahead of time and spent the entire session on capturing as many moments as possible.

The pictures turned out top notch! The quality of the props and pictures are what I loved the best. She surely went above and beyond to accommodate all my requests. Carolyn was absolutely amazing to work with! The photos of our newborn and family session turned out incredible! She does such a great job posing the baby and working with our 3 boys to get some great family shots! I met Carolyn in 2022 when I was searching for a local photographer to do a Cake Smash photoshoot for my grand baby Cammie.  I browsed around virtually for months and kept coming back to Sweet Memories Photos by Carolyn and I'm so grateful that I did. Now, we're two cake smashes in and loved every minute of it. Carolyn is a super creative PROfessional and she worked her magic on everything from designing the set to seamlessly capturing those once in a lifetime moments.  All we had to do was show up ready to eat cake.  It was such a fun experience that really was well beyond what I imagined!  I highly recommend Carolyn and Cammie wouldn't dare smash a cake without her there to capture those unforgettable memories that will last a lifetime. Carolyn was extremely nice and playful with my kid during the entire photo session. She was very professional. She has a beautiful studio with a wide variety of accessories and outfits for the little kids. She had coordinated with us to setup the theme for our 1 year old boy, our likes and dislikes about the colors and setup, the cake. I absolutely recommend her for the cake smash sessions.
